I am a South African with a lived experience of having the odds stacked up against me, being a political prisoner, tortured and living in poverty.

I defied the odds and embraced resilience and now I am living a transformed and empowered life. I bring joy, energy, vitality, vibrancy, and colour. I give people hope that they too can embrace mental toughness and resilience and thrive.

I was tortured and imprisoned for taking a stand against injustice in South Africa. I survived and lived to tell my story of harnessing a mindset of facing it, embracing it, defying it, and conquering it.

I am not a victim of apartheid but a victor, a conqueror.
